Police seeking tail thieves

Police in Wisconsin are on the lookout for a criminal that stole the tails off of some local horses. It’s a rear-end robbery that’s occurred several times in recent months. The animals aren’t injured, but authorities suspect that the robber may be using the horse hair for jewelry or other craft items.[suntimes.com]
