Beef Ambassadors about to get busy

Following several days of networking with cattlemen in San Antonio at the Cattle Industry Convention, members of the 2015 National Beef Ambassador Team will be heading out, taking the beef story to cities and events across the country.

National Beef Ambassador Demi Snider of Ohio, is looking forward to the opportunities they’ll have.

“I do have the opportunity to travel with the Pennsylvania Beef Council to New York City and be part of the New York City half marathon and Health Expo,” Snider said. “That’s pretty exciting because I’m on the Eastern side of the United States I get to partner with them.”

The National Beef Ambassadors will be traveling to Denver and Washington, D.C. this spring and then this summer the Ambassadors will be traveling to five of the largest cities in the U.S. putting on cooking shows and talking with consumers about beef.
