Compeer Financial puts a percentage of net earnings into its Fund for Rural America each year. Senior corporate giving specialist Karen Schieler says Compeer uses the Fund to give back to communities. She tells Brownfield there are several focus areas including education, agriculture advocacy and development, rural development, community enrichment, cooperative initiatives, and ag youth engagement.
