Advanced Agrilytics takes holistic approach
Dan Emmert, Regional Agronomy Lead for Advanced Agrilytics in Southern Indiana and Kentucky tells Brownfield he helps growers understand which products are going to work where and why those products are going to work, helping them maximize productivity and efficiency without wasting money. During a time when commodity prices are low and inputs remain high, if a farmer is going to “cut” Emmert said it is key to know how and where you can cut without hurting your yield and your revenue.
Emmert walks us through how Advanced Agrilytics works with farmers, as they take their unique knowledge of the landscape and environment along with the grower’s data to get a true understanding of where their most yield-limiting factors are.
