Maximize efficiencies to create profitability

BW Fusion is a crop nutrition and biological company with an agronomic education focus. Josh Messer, Agronomy Consultant with BW Fusion and Agronomy 365 tells Brownfield they work with farmers to improve the efficiency of soils and crops throughout the entire season.

Messer tells Brownfield there is more happening in the soil than a regular soil test will tell you. His company goes beyond just looking at chemical extractions. They also look at the biological and physical presence of the soil to understand its cycle and overall soil health.

With crop inputs higher and commodity prices lower going into the 2025 growing season, Messer says farmers will need to maximize efficiency to create profitability. One example: residue management will be important this spring and BW Fusion has biological products to help growers address the problem to ensure planter passes are as efficient as possible.
