PTx ArrowTube Seed Delivery System promises more consistent crop emergence

PTx showcased the ArrowTube seed delivery system at 2026 Commodity Classic. Caleb Stuber on the PTx strategic marketing team tells Brownfield ArrowTube relies on controlled acceleration and carefully placed friction to guide each seed through a precisely engineered channel from the meter to the furrow. A knife creates a narrow sub-furrow where the properly positioned seed is placed. As the trench closes with the planter’s closing system, the slot holds the seed snugly in place. Stuber said with Arrowtube, the seed lands in the soil tip down allowing for more consistent emergence.
