A food scientist breaks down GMO foods for us

Dr. Ruth MacDonald, professor and chair of Food Science and Human Nutrition at Iowa State University, says the genetic modifications in corn and soybeans are not active in the human body.  Critics say there should be more study of the long term health effects of GMO foods in humans. Dr. MacDonald responds.
