Be a Mindful Eater

Knowing what you’re eating and why – that’s the advice of University of Missouri Extension Nutrition Specialist Vera Massey who says being a mindful eater is being a healthy eater. She says we need to tune it to what we’re eating and why.  Tuning in can mean writing down what you’re eating and being aware of what you’re eating and drinking when you are under stress.
