Beef wins out vs. alternatives

A recent survey asked 1,200 consumers across the US if they were ready to embrace a lab-grown or cell-cultured protein or a plant-based alternative as a substitute for beef. 

Joe Balagtas head of Purdue University’s Center for Food Demand Analysis and Sustainability says consumers prefer beef across a wide range of product attributes.
