Bringing healthier, local foods to schools

The USDA has issued more than $14 million in farm-to-school grants that will support 154 projects in 43 states.

Fiona Munro, who is based in central Illinois, says the grants build on a program that’s brought gardens and ag education materials to every school district campus.
