Cheaper meat cuts, same nutrients

Photo courtesy of the American Meat Institute~The cost of meat is going up so meat eaters will have to pay more or seek out cheaper protein options. Less expensive protein sources that are not meat include beans and tofu, which is made from soybeans. Meat-based choices include cheaper cuts – which may not be as lean or tender as their more expensive beef and pork counterparts – but still contain the same nutrients.
