Dark chocolate can be good for you

Chocolate and Valentine’s Day go together and the darker chocolates, researcher say, are good for us.  Just what IS dark chocolate? Dark chocolate has a high percentage of cacao, or cocoa beans – at 65% or higher.  Because of that concentration of cacao, dark chocolate is considered a super source of antioxidants.  Research at Johns Hopkins University school of medicine found that a few squares of dark chocolate a day can reduce the risk of death from heart attack by almost 50% in some cases.
