Don’t forget to drink water

The Partnership for a Healthy America is spreading the message that drinking more water can help our bodies in many ways including increased energy, stamina and focus.  The partnership’s Drew Nannis says lots of Americans aren’t getting enough water.  But, he adds, it’s not so much a certain amount of water as it is an awareness to reach for water to drink as often as we can.
