Drinking more water may help with weight control
What does drinking water have to do with controlling obesity? Drew Nannis with the Partnership for a Healthy America says water is important to our health in many ways and one of the things it does is helps us feel full. In cases where we crave junk foods, drinking water instead can displace that pull to fill up on not so healthy foods. The Partnership’s goals include reducing the childhood obesity epidemic. Nannis says there are lots of water choices out there to keep us hydrated.
