Gluten-free water was only a matter of time
Those of us who write science-based health news knew it was only a matter of time before someone would market bottled water as “gluten-free,” and folks, it’s happened. I’m Julie Harker with Healthy Living on Brownfield. We all need water to survive. Our bodies are mostly made up of water. But, gluten, a protein in wheat and some other grains, has never been in water and has no business being in water. So, don’t fall for the marketing claim.
