Grilling season is here

It’s time to fire-up the grill!   Meat scientist Jeff Sindelar with the University of Wisconsin-Madison says the first thing to do is clean the grill.  Make sure you have a good meat thermometer for meat and poultry safety and tastiness.  And, when it comes to grilling vegetables – give them a light coating of oil for starters.
