How higher cocoa prices could impact the Halloween candy mix

The price of cocoa has more than doubled since the start of this year. 

David Branch, a sector manager with Wells Fargo Agri-Food Institute, says the rising cost of chocolate has changed the mix of what he’s passing out on Halloween.
