Most of us know there are nutrition labels on packaged foods but they can be confusing. An extension nutrition specialist with South Dakota State, Megan Sexton, shares these tips on what the key label components are: Serving Size is the first on the list. Oftentimes products have multiple servings in one package – Take a large 32 ounce sports drink – it actually contains FOUR eight-ounce servings.
