Nutrition labels are meant to be a guide to healthy eating but sometimes they can be confusing. Previously we explained what Serving Size, Calories, Fats and Cholesterol mean on food labels. What about Total Carbohydrates? Sodium? Percent of Daily Values?
Nutrition guidelines are just that and if you have health problems or are seeking more information on healthy living and what works for you, check with a dietitian or other health care professional.
