It’s Walnut season
Researchers have studied walnuts for their health benefits and found that they have properties that can help with lowering blood cholesterol and reducing risks for type-two diabetes. The Center for Agroforestry’s Dr. Mark Coggeshall says it doesn’t matter which variety of walnuts they are you’re eating, they’re all good for you.
