Pork consumption in the U.S. has remained fairly consistent in recent years. Patrick Flemming, vice president of demand development for the National Pork Board, says the goal is to grow demand. To do that better, the group is looking at consumers differently.
He tells Brownfield the Checkoff has divided consumers into seven groups.
