Survey: consumer perceptions on environmental sustainability of food purchases

Four in 10 Americans believe their food and beverage purchases can have an impact on the environment, according to the 2021 Food and Health Survey. But, people surveyed say if it was easier to understand the environmental impact of induvial food choices it would have a greater influence on their food and beverage decisions.
