The dairy industry is stepping up its commitment to healthy dairy in schools
The International Dairy Foods Association has announced its voluntary, proactive pledge to eliminate the use of artificial colors – Red 3, Red 40, Green 3, Blue 1, Blue 2, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6 in milk, cheese, and yogurt products sold to K through 12 schools for the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs.
