Trick-or-Treating in COVID19

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggests making cloth masks part of your costume (children under age two should NOT wear masks). They say a costume mask does not offer the same protection. And, do not wear a costume mask over a cloth mask because it can make breathing more difficult.
