Syngenta receives EPA registration for Clariva Elite Beans seed treatment

Clariva Elite Beans seed treatment has received registration approval from the Environmental Protection Agency. Chad Threewits, an agronomic service representative for Syngenta, says the seed treatment improves yields by protecting soybeans from soybean cyst nematode and other pests.

He says the active ingredient of Clariva pn offers season-long protection.

“It was a challenging year and having that insurance up front with seed treatment was a great way to start,” he says. “I saw a lot of areas where we had too much water, lots of soybean diseases, and we had good protection with the seed treatment.”
