Many dairy producers have expanded to include on-farm retail stores, on-farm meat processing, and other ways to maximize profits and have a closer relationship with their customers.  Randy Ebert and his family operate a Wisconsin dairy farm that branched out into meat processing.  He tells Brownfield about the lessons learned next on today’s Managing for Profit.
