Building an on-the-farm cheese factory

Crave Brothers Dairy Farm is one of the top dairy herds in Wisconsin. Four brothers and their families have 1,000 cows and run 1,700 acres near Waterloo, Wisconsin. A few years ago, the brothers decided to build their own cheese factory on the farm. Debbie Crave says they have been making Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese for seven years now and they have learned a lot.

The cheese factory will be one of the features as the Crave Brothers Dairy Farm hosts Wisconsin Farm Technology Days next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
