Late planting, cool July raise crop concerns

Cool July weather through much of the Con Belt heightened concerns for farmers with late planted crops, especially corn.  Bill Wiebold, University of Missouri Extension crop specialist says that has raised concerns about whether crops will reach full development before the first frost.
