New livestock indemnity program offers higher rates

The program is designed to provide livestock producers with a safety net to help them overcome the damaging financial impact of natural disasters. Program manager Scotty Abbott tells Brownfield’s Ken Anderson that there is one major improvement compared to past indemnity programs.
