After working as a nurse for many years, Sherill Ryan of Cresco, Iowa wanted to try something different. So Sherill and her husband bought a former elementary school building in nearby Ridgeway and converted it into a shrimp production facility.
We visited with Sherill at the recent Iowa Aquaculture Conference in Ames.
