Why are you leaving?
Do you conduct exit interviews with employees who are leaving your organization?
Bonnie Johnson, a marketing associate with AgCareers.com, says some of the most honest and “priceless” feedback comes from employees who are leaving. She says exit interviews can yield information that can be used to make necessary improvements to aid retention and recruitment.
Exit interviews are common with large companies. But Johnson says they may be even more valuable to smaller organizations, such as farms or ranches, with five employees or less.
