Cash dairy market mixed at end of week

Cash dairy prices were mixed Friday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Dry whey remained unchanged at $0.6025, where it’s been for much of the week.  No sales were recorded. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.02 at $1.90.  No sales were recorded. 

Cheese barrels were down $0.0050 at $1.87.  Two sales were recorded at $1.87 and $1.8725. 

Butter was up $0.0450 at $2.6950.  Five sales were recorded, ranging from $2.67 to $2.6950. 

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0150 at $1.3750.  Two sales were made at $1.38 and $1.3825.
