Cash dairy markets mixed Monday

Cash dairy prices were mixed Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.   

Dry whey remained unchanged at $0.5425 and, like Friday, no sales were recorded. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0375 at $1.78.  Four sales were recorded, ranging from $1.7775 to $1.78. 

Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.77.  Three sales were recorded, ranging from $1.77 to $1.78. 

Butter was up $0.02 at $2.35.  One sale was recorded at that price. 

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0025 at $1.21.  Twelve sales were recorded, ranging from $1.2050 to $1.2150.
