Cash dairy prices end week lower

Cash dairy prices were mostly lower Friday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Dry whey was down $0.0050 at $0.5550.  Two sales were recorded at $0.5550 and $0.5575. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks remained unchanged at $1.92. One sale was recorded at $1.9250. 

Cheese barrels were down $0.0125 at $1.8175.  Three sales were recorded, ranging from $1.8025 to $1.8175. 

Butter was down $0.0225 at $2.3775. No sales were recorded. 

Nonfat dry milk was down $0.02 at $1.28.  No sales were recorded.
