Cash dairy prices end week steady to higher

Cash dairy prices were steady-to-higher again Friday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.71.  No sales were recorded. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were unchanged at $1.66.  No sales were recorded. 

Cheese barrels remained unchanged at $1.70.  No sales were recorded. 

Butter prices were up $0.0025 at $1.4750. One sale was recorded at $1.4725. 

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0075 at $1.1450.  Five sales were recorded, ranging from $1.1450 to $1.1475.
