Cash dairy prices higher Thursday

Cash dairy prices were all higher Thursday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.   

Dry whey was up $0.0050 at $0.5025. Four sales were recorded, ranging from $0.4975 to $0.50. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0250 at $1.7550.  Eight sales were recorded, ranging from $1.73 to $1.7550. 

Cheese barrels were up $0.0350 at $1.7350.  Two sales were recorded, at $1.7350 and $1.7425. 

Butter was up $0.0150 at $2.31.  Seven sales were recorded, ranging from $2.31 to $2.32. 

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0050 at $1.18.  Twelve sales were recorded, ranging from $1.18 to $1.1850.
