Cash dairy prices mixed Monday

Cash dairy prices were mixed Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.   

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.52. No sales were recorded. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0150 at $1.7750.  Five sales were recorded, ranging from $1.7650 to $1.7750. 

Cheese barrels were up $0.0350 at $1.79.  No sales were recorded.  

Butter was up $0.0075 at $2.3375.  Six sales were recorded, ranging from $2.3350 to $2.3425. 

Nonfat dry milk was down $0.0050 at $1.19.  Two sales were recorded at that price.
