Cash dairy prices mixed Monday

Cash dairy prices were mixed again Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Dry whey prices were down $0.0150 at $0.64. Three sales were recorded, ranging from $0.64 to $0.65. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0050 at $1.6975.  Five sales were recorded, ranging from $1.6825 to $1.6975. 

Cheese barrels were up $0.05 at $1.7350.  Two sales were recorded at $1.7250 and $1.7350. 

Butter was down $0.0450 at $2.5850. Two sales were recorded at $2.5850 and $2.59. 

Nonfat dry milk was unchanged at $1.40. One sale was recorded at $1.4025.
