Cash dairy prices mixed Tuesday

Cash dairy prices were mixed again Tuesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Dry whey prices were up $0.03 at $0.69. One sale was recorded at that price.  

The cheese market was quiet Tuesday.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were unchanged at $1.6950.  No sales were recorded. 

Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.64.  One sale was recorded at that price.  

Butter was down $0.0275 for a second straight day at $2.4850. Three sales were recorded, ranging from $2.48 to $2.4825. 

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0150 at $1.39. Two sales were recorded at $1.38 and $1.3825.
