Cash dairy prices mixed Tuesday

Cash dairy prices were mixed Tuesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.   

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.5050. No sales were recorded. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.02 at $1.72.  Twelve sales were recorded, ranging from $1.68 to $1.72. 

Cheese barrels were down $0.0025 at $1.7025.  One sale was recorded at that price. 

Butter was down $0.0350 at $2.24.  One sale was recorded at that price. 

Nonfat dry milk remains unchanged at $1.1875.  No sales were recorded.
