Cash dairy prices mostly higher Tuesday

Cash dairy prices were mostly higher Tuesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.   

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.5950.  No sales were recorded. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0025 at $1.7225 after jumping up ten cents Monday. Seven sales were recorded, ranging from $1.72 to $1.7250. 

Cheese barrels were up $0.03 to $1.7250. One sale was recorded at $1.72. 

Butter prices were up $0.0025 to $2.6025.  Three sales were recorded, ranging from $2.5975 to $2.6025.  

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0025 at $1.2550. No sales were recorded.
