Cash dairy prices mostly higher Wednesday

Cash dairy prices were mostly higher Wednesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.   

Dry whey was down $0.0050 at $0.5250.  One sale was recorded at that price. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0675 at $1.8475.  Three sales were recorded, ranging from $1.80 to $1.8475. 

Cheese barrels were up $0.0025 at $1.7725.  Three sales were recorded at that price. 

Butter was unchanged at $2.3425.  No sales were recorded. 

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0075 at $1.2150.  Eight sales were recorded, ranging from $1.2125 to $1.22.
