Cash dairy prices steady to lower Monday

Cash dairy prices were steady to lower Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.   

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.45.  No sales were recorded. 

Forty-pound cheese block prices were down $0.0475 at $1.6450.  One sale was recorded at that price. 

Cheese barrels were down $0.0650 at $1.6250.  Three sales were recorded, ranging from $1.6250 to $1.64. 

Butter was down $0.04 at $2.3025.  Three sales were recorded, ranging from $2.30 to $2.3050. 

Nonfat dry milk was unchanged at $1.1550.  No sales were recorded.
