CME cash dairy markets mixed Monday

Cash dairy prices were mixed Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Dry whey was down $0.0150 at $0.59.  Two sales were recorded at that price. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0250 at $2.30.   One sale was recorded at that price. 

Cheese barrels were up $0.0050 at $2.49.  No sales were recorded. 

Butter was down $0.06 at $3.07.  Three sales were recorded, ranging from $3.07 to $3.10. 

Nonfat dry milk was down $0.0025 at $1.39.  Five sales were recorded, ranging from $1.3950 to $1.3975.
