CME cash dairy markets mixed Wednesday

Cash dairy prices were mixed Wednesday entering the 4th of July break on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Dry whey remained unchanged at $0.49. No sales were recorded. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks remained unchanged at $1.90.   Three sales were recorded, ranging from $1.8825 to $1.90. 

Cheese barrels were up $0.0225 at $1.9025. Two sales were recorded at that price. 

Butter was down $0.0025 at $3.1350.  Three sales were recorded, ranging from $3.1350 to $3.1375. 

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.01 at $1.18.  Two sales were recorded at $1.1725 and $1.18.
