CME cash dairy mostly steady Monday

Cash dairy prices were steady to higher Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.55.  No sales were reported. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were unchanged at $2.10.   No sales were reported. 

Cheese barrels were unchanged at $2.2550.  No sales were recorded. 

Butter was up $0.0050 at $3.1850.  Six sales were recorded, ranging from $3.1850 to $3.2025. 

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.01 at $1.2650.  Three sales were recorded, ranging from $1.26 to $1.2650.
