CME cash dairy mostly steady to higher Thursday

Cash dairy prices were steady-to-higher except for butter Thursday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Dry whey was up $0.01 at $0.51.  One sale was recorded at that price. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0050 at $1.8650.   Eight sales were recorded, ranging from $1.8550 to $1.8650. 

Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.9125. Seven sales were recorded, ranging from $1.8950 to $1.9125. 

Butter was down $0.0250 at $3.1050.  Twenty-one sales were recorded, ranging from $3.0950 to $3.13. 

Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0250 at $1.19.  One sale was recorded at $1.17.
