Cash dairy prices started the week higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Monday

Dry whey unchanged at $0.5650.

Blocks up $0.01025 at $2.14. Seven sales were made from $2.10 to $2.15.

Barrels up $0.15 at $2.25. One trade was made at that price.

Butter up at $0.0450 at $3.1750. Three sales were made from $3.16 to $3.18.

Nonfat dry milk up $0.0150 at $1.2975. Fourteen sales were made from $1.29 to $1.2975.
