CME cash dairy prices mostly down Thursday

Cash dairy prices were mostly lower Thursday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. 

Dry whey was down $0.0075 at $0.5875.  Six sales were recorded, ranging from $0.5875 to $0.5975. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.03 at $2.2750.   Three sales were recorded, ranging from $2.27 to $2.2750. 

Cheese barrels were down $0.0125 at $2.61.  No sales were recorded.  

Butter was down $0.0350 at $2.97.  One sale was recorded at that price. 

Nonfat dry milk was down $0.0050 at $1.3775.  Fifteen sales were recorded, ranging from $1.3750 to $1.3825.
