CME cash dairy prices mostly lower

Cash dairy prices were mostly lower Thursday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange pressured by a stronger dollar and slightly bearish milk production report.

Dry whey up $0.0075 at $0.6475. Three sales were made from $0.6425 to $0.6475.

Blocks down $0.0425 at $1.6825. One sale was made at that price.

Barrels down $0.05 at $1.68. Three sales were made at $1.68 and $1.6850.

Butter down $0.0025 at $2.5475.

Nonfat dry milk down $0.02 at $1.38. Six sales were made from $1.38 to $1.39.
